2. Description of Services
TrueListenMusic provides campaign-based music promotion services for independent artists, labels, managers and music creators.
Our services may include, depending on the selected plan:
- curator-focused playlisting opportunities;
- music promotion campaign planning;
- targeted promotional support;
- ads-based support around the release;
- artist-focused marketing activity;
- audience-oriented promotion;
- campaign communication and support.
TrueListenMusic does not sell streams, followers, royalties, chart positions, playlist placements or algorithmic outcomes. Our services are based on promotional activity, campaign strategy, curator opportunities and music marketing support.
3. Campaign Plans
TrueListenMusic offers different campaign plans, which may include weekly or monthly promotional options. The details, price, duration and features of each plan are displayed on the relevant product or checkout page at the time of purchase.
By purchasing a Campaign Plan, you are purchasing a promotional service and campaign process. You are not purchasing a guaranteed number of streams, listeners, saves, followers, playlist placements, royalties or algorithmic results.
We may update, modify, remove or replace any plan, package, feature, price or offer at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed, unless agreed with the customer or required for technical, legal, compliance or platform-related reasons.
4. Order Process
To place an order, you must select a Campaign Plan, complete the checkout process and provide the required campaign information.
You may be asked to provide:
- a valid Spotify track link;
- campaign notes or preferences;
- contact email;
- billing information;
- any other information required to process the campaign.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.
If you provide an incorrect, invalid, unavailable, private, unreleased or inaccessible Spotify link, campaign delivery may be delayed until the correct information is provided. TrueListenMusic is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or missing customer information.
5. Customer Responsibilities
By purchasing our services, you confirm that:
- you have the legal right to promote the submitted music;
- the submitted track does not infringe third-party rights;
- the track is available on Spotify and can be publicly accessed;
- the information you provide is accurate and complete;
- you will not use our services for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
- you understand that promotional results may vary.
You are responsible for your artist profile, distributor account, rights ownership, royalty collection, Spotify for Artists access and any relationship with labels, publishers, distributors or other rightsholders.
6. Campaign Start, Processing and Delivery
Campaign processing may begin shortly after payment confirmation and after we receive the required campaign information.
A campaign may be considered “started” or “in processing” when we have begun reviewing the release, preparing the campaign, scheduling promotional activity, coordinating curator opportunities, setting up marketing activity or otherwise allocating resources to the order.
Campaign delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- selected plan duration;
- track genre and suitability;
- curator response;
- audience response;
- advertising review or delivery conditions;
- platform behavior;
- missing or incorrect customer information;
- technical or operational factors.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the service according to the plan purchased, but exact start times, delivery pace, visibility, engagement and results are not guaranteed.
7. No Guarantee of Specific Results
TrueListenMusic does not guarantee:
- a specific number of streams;
- a specific number of listeners;
- a specific number of saves;
- a specific number of followers;
- specific playlist placements;
- specific curator acceptance;
- specific ad performance;
- specific algorithmic recommendations;
- specific Spotify for Artists data;
- specific royalty amounts;
- chart positions;
- viral growth;
- future organic growth.
Campaign results may vary depending on the music, genre, audience response, market conditions, timing, platform behavior, curator decisions and other factors outside our control.
Our role is to create and manage a credible promotional process around your release. We do not control listener behavior, Spotify algorithms, playlist decisions, distributor reporting, royalty calculations or third-party platform enforcement.
8. Responsible Promotion Policy
TrueListenMusic is committed to responsible music promotion practices.
Our campaigns are designed around real audience-focused marketing, curator opportunities and credible promotional activity. We do not intentionally use automated listening systems, stream farms, bots, scripts or methods designed to artificially manipulate Spotify metrics.
You acknowledge that Spotify and other platforms may monitor, review, adjust, remove or disregard activity they consider invalid, artificial, suspicious, non-compliant or inconsistent with their terms and policies.
TrueListenMusic is not responsible for any action taken by Spotify, distributors, labels, payment providers, advertising platforms or other third parties, including but not limited to stream adjustments, royalty withholding, playlist removals, warnings, account restrictions, takedowns or reporting changes.
9. Spotify and Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

TrueListenMusic does not collect, manage, distribute or guarantee music royalties.
Any royalties generated by your music are handled by Spotify, your distributor, label, publisher, collecting society, rightsholder agreements or other relevant parties.
Valid Spotify streams may contribute to your royalty potential according to Spotify’s rules, your distributor’s policies and your rightsholder agreements. However, TrueListenMusic does not guarantee royalty generation, royalty eligibility, royalty amounts or payout timing.
You are solely responsible for understanding and managing your royalty arrangements, distributor account and rightsholder relationships.
11. Billing and Payments
All prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Prices may be shown in USD or another currency depending on the checkout configuration.

If you are purchasing as a business, you are responsible for providing correct business, tax or VAT information where applicable.

Because TrueListenMusic provides digital, customized and campaign-based promotional services, orders may begin processing shortly after payment confirmation.

14. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, subject to exceptions and limitations under applicable law.
Because our services are digital, customized and campaign-based, you may request that we begin processing your order immediately after purchase.
If you expressly request immediate processing during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that:
- the service may begin before the 14-day withdrawal period expires;

This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Immediate Processing Consent
By placing an order, you may be asked to confirm that you want TrueListenMusic to begin processing your campaign shortly after payment confirmation.
Suggested checkout acknowledgment:
“I understand that TrueListenMusic provides a digital, customized and campaign-based promotional service that may begin shortly after purchase. I request immediate processing of my order and acknowledge that once the campaign has started, has been processed or has been fully performed, my right to cancel or receive a refund may be limited according to the Terms and applicable law.”
If this acknowledgment is displayed at checkout, you must accept it before completing your purchase.
16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, you agree to contact us first at support@truelistenmusic.com so we can review the matter and attempt to resolve it.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute for a campaign that has already started, been processed or delivered may be considered a breach of these Terms where the service was provided according to the order details.
We reserve the right to provide order records, campaign records, communication history, checkout acknowledgments, delivery information and these Terms to payment processors, banks or dispute resolution providers in response to chargebacks or payment disputes.
17. Communication and Support

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your inbox, spam folder or promotions folder for messages related to your order.
Failure to respond to requests for required information may delay campaign processing or delivery.
