Last Updated: April 26, 2026

Welcome to TrueListenMusic. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, campaign plans, checkout, digital promotional services, customer support, order communication and any related service provided by TrueListenMusic.

By accessing our website, placing an order or purchasing one of our campaign plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our services.

  1. Business Information

TrueListenMusic is a campaign-based music promotion service for independent artists, labels, managers and music creators.

Contact email: support@truelistenmusic.com

Throughout these Terms, “TrueListenMusic”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this website. “Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to any person, artist, label, manager, company or representative accessing the website or purchasing our services.

  1. Description of Services

TrueListenMusic provides structured Spotify promotion campaigns for independent music releases.

Depending on the selected plan, our services may include:

curator playlist placement review and coordination;

analysis of the submitted track based on genre, mood, release positioning and promotional suitability;

a public curator or premium curator playlist placement selected for genre and mood fit;

advertising support targeted to USA and Canada audiences;

campaign setup and promotional coordination;

campaign monitoring during the active campaign period;

customer communication and campaign updates.

TrueListenMusic does not sell streams, followers, royalties, chart positions, guaranteed playlist placements, guaranteed listener locations, guaranteed saves, guaranteed engagement or algorithmic outcomes.

By purchasing a campaign plan, you are purchasing a promotional service and campaign process. You are not purchasing a guaranteed number of streams, listeners, followers, saves, royalties, playlist followers, playlist positions, ad clicks, conversions, algorithmic recommendations or any specific Spotify reporting result.

  1. Campaign Plans

TrueListenMusic currently offers campaign plans that may include weekly or monthly promotional options.

The details, price, duration and features of each plan are displayed on the relevant product page, plan page or checkout page at the time of purchase.

Current campaign plans may include:

Boost Week: a 7-day campaign setup for one Spotify track, offered as a one-time payment with no subscription.

Starter Month: a 30-day campaign setup for one Spotify track, offered as a one-time payment with no subscription.

Pro Month: an advanced 30-day campaign setup for one Spotify track, offered as a one-time payment with no subscription.

Plan descriptions may include terms such as “curator playlist placement”, “premium curator playlist placement”, “ads support”, “ads amplification”, “campaign reach”, “estimated promotional exposure”, “USA and Canada audiences”, “campaign monitoring” or similar language.

These descriptions refer to the promotional process and campaign components associated with the selected plan. They do not create a guarantee of specific streams, listeners, saves, followers, royalties, playlist growth, playlist duration, playlist position, listener conversion, ad performance, Spotify for Artists data or commercial outcome.

We may update, modify, remove or replace any plan, feature, price, offer, description or package at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed, unless required for technical, legal, compliance, payment, platform-related or operational reasons.

  1. One-Time Payment and No Subscription

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, TrueListenMusic campaign plans are one-time payment services.

Purchasing Boost Week, Starter Month or Pro Month does not create a recurring subscription.

You will not be automatically charged for another campaign unless you place a new order or expressly purchase another service.

Any upgrade credit, renewal offer, promotional discount or follow-up campaign offer is optional and does not create a subscription.

  1. Order Process

To place an order, you must select a campaign plan, complete the checkout process and provide the required campaign information.

You may be asked to provide:

a valid Spotify track link;

artist name;

track title;

campaign notes or preferences;

contact email;

billing information;

any other information required to process the campaign.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.

If you provide an incorrect, invalid, unavailable, private, unreleased or inaccessible Spotify link, campaign delivery may be delayed until the correct information is provided. TrueListenMusic is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or missing customer information.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing our services, you confirm that:

you have the legal right to promote the submitted music;

the submitted track does not infringe third-party rights;

the track is available on Spotify and can be publicly accessed;

the information you provide is accurate and complete;

you will not use our services for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent or abusive purposes;

you understand that promotional results may vary;

you understand that TrueListenMusic does not control Spotify, Spotify for Artists, distributors, playlist curators, advertising platforms or listener behavior.

You are responsible for your artist profile, distributor account, royalty collection, Spotify for Artists access, rights ownership and any relationship with labels, publishers, distributors, collaborators or other rightsholders.

  1. Campaign Start, Processing and Delivery

Campaign processing may begin shortly after payment confirmation and after we receive the required campaign information.

A campaign may be considered started, active, in processing or partially delivered when any of the following actions have begun:

reviewing or analyzing the submitted track;

evaluating genre, mood, positioning or suitability;

preparing campaign materials;

coordinating curator playlist opportunities;

selecting, scheduling or arranging a curator playlist placement;

setting up advertising support;

targeting advertising audiences;

allocating promotional resources;

monitoring campaign activity;

sending campaign-related communication;

performing any operational work related to the order.

Campaign delivery timelines may vary depending on:

the selected plan duration;

track genre and suitability;

curator availability and response;

playlist availability;

advertising platform review or delivery conditions;

audience response;

listener behavior;

platform behavior;

technical or operational factors;

missing or incorrect customer information.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the service according to the plan purchased, but exact start times, delivery pace, visibility, engagement, listener behavior, playlist activity, ad delivery pace and results are not guaranteed.

  1. Post-Purchase Campaign Process

After purchase, the campaign process may include the following stages:

track review and campaign preparation;

analysis of genre, mood and release positioning;

selection or coordination of a public curator playlist placement suitable for the campaign;

ads support targeted to USA and Canada audiences;

campaign monitoring during the active campaign period;

customer communication where appropriate.

This process may vary depending on the selected plan, track characteristics, curator availability, campaign timing, platform behavior and operational factors.

The campaign process is managed as a promotional service. It is not a guaranteed outcome service.

  1. Curator Playlist Placement

Campaign plans may include a curator playlist placement or premium curator playlist placement selected for genre and mood fit.

A curator playlist placement means that the submitted track is placed, scheduled or coordinated for inclusion in a public playlist managed, reviewed or selected within a curator-based promotional context.

A premium curator playlist placement refers to a higher-value curator placement selected according to TrueListenMusic’s internal campaign standards, plan level, playlist suitability and promotional context. The term “premium” does not mean Spotify editorial, Spotify-owned, Spotify-sponsored, officially endorsed by Spotify or guaranteed by Spotify.

A public curator playlist placement means that, at the time of the placement update or campaign communication, the playlist is publicly accessible through a playlist URL or public Spotify page.

Curator playlist placements are selected based on factors such as genre, mood, release positioning, campaign suitability and available curator opportunities. This does not guarantee that every customer will subjectively agree with the playlist’s style, title, audience, vibe, artwork, curator identity, track order, listener behavior or perceived fit.

Playlist names, artwork, follower counts, track order, visibility, activity, engagement, availability and curator decisions may change over time and may be controlled by third-party curators or platforms outside TrueListenMusic’s direct control.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a curator playlist placement is not a guarantee of a fixed number of streams, listeners, saves, followers, playlist followers, playlist position, playlist duration, listener location or Spotify for Artists result.

  1. Advertising Support Targeted to USA and Canada Audiences

Campaign plans may include advertising support or ads amplification targeted to USA and Canada audiences.

This means that the advertising support connected to the campaign is configured to target audiences in the United States and Canada where available through advertising platforms and campaign tools.

Advertising support may involve platforms or services such as Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube or other advertising or promotional channels, depending on campaign requirements and operational availability.

TrueListenMusic may determine the appropriate platform, audience setup, creative direction, campaign settings, delivery pace and promotional approach based on the selected plan and the submitted track.

Ads targeted to USA and Canada audiences do not guarantee a specific number of streams, listeners, followers, saves, clicks, conversions, playlist engagement, listener retention, royalties or Spotify for Artists results.

Ads targeted to USA and Canada audiences also do not guarantee that every listener, stream, profile visit, playlist interaction or Spotify reporting entry will appear exclusively from the United States or Canada. Spotify reporting, public playlist reach, organic sharing, listener behavior, existing audience activity, algorithmic activity, platform attribution and third-party reporting may produce data that cannot be fully controlled or isolated by TrueListenMusic.

  1. Campaign Monitoring

Campaign monitoring may include review of campaign activity, playlist status, advertising support, order status, campaign timing, customer communication and operational delivery.

Campaign monitoring does not mean guaranteed optimization, guaranteed performance improvement, continuous manual supervision, real-time reporting, daily reporting, customer dashboard access or guaranteed correction of third-party platform behavior.

TrueListenMusic may make campaign adjustments where appropriate and operationally possible. However, we do not guarantee that any adjustment will produce a specific result.

  1. Estimated Campaign Reach

Plan descriptions may include estimated campaign reach or estimated promotional exposure, such as “up to 500+ potential listeners”, “up to 2,000+ potential listeners” or “up to 5,000+ potential listeners”.

Estimated campaign reach refers to potential promotional exposure associated with the selected campaign level. It is not a guarantee of streams, listeners, saves, followers, royalties, playlist results, ad clicks, conversions, Spotify for Artists data or public Spotify metrics.

Actual results may vary based on the track, genre, audience response, release timing, playlist context, advertising delivery, listener behavior, platform behavior, curator decisions and other factors outside our control.

  1. No Guarantee of Specific Results

TrueListenMusic does not guarantee:

a specific number of streams;

a specific number of listeners;

a specific number of saves;

a specific number of followers;

a specific number of playlist placements beyond what is expressly stated in the plan;

a specific playlist name, playlist size, playlist duration or playlist position;

specific curator acceptance;

specific ad performance;

specific listener locations in Spotify reporting;

specific Spotify for Artists data;

specific public stream counts;

specific algorithmic recommendations;

specific royalty amounts;

chart positions;

viral growth;

future organic growth;

commercial success.

Campaign results may vary depending on the music, genre, audience response, market conditions, timing, platform behavior, curator decisions, advertising delivery and other factors outside our control.

Our role is to create and manage a credible promotional process around your release. We do not control listener behavior, Spotify algorithms, Spotify reporting, playlist curator decisions, distributor reporting, royalty calculations or third-party platform enforcement.

  1. Responsible Promotion Policy

TrueListenMusic is committed to responsible music promotion practices.

Our campaigns are designed around real audience-focused marketing, curator opportunities, advertising support and credible promotional activity.

We do not intentionally use automated listening systems, stream farms, bots, scripts or methods designed to artificially manipulate Spotify metrics.

You acknowledge that Spotify and other platforms may monitor, review, adjust, remove, delay, disregard or reclassify activity they consider invalid, artificial, suspicious, non-compliant or inconsistent with their terms and policies.

TrueListenMusic is not responsible for any action taken by Spotify, distributors, labels, payment providers, advertising platforms or other third parties, including but not limited to stream adjustments, royalty withholding, playlist removals, warnings, account restrictions, takedowns or reporting changes.

  1. Spotify and Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

TrueListenMusic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected to Spotify, Spotify AB, Spotify USA Inc., Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Apple Music or any other third-party platform, unless expressly stated.

All trademarks, logos, brand names and platform names belong to their respective owners.

We do not control:

Spotify algorithms;

Spotify editorial decisions;

Spotify for Artists data;

Spotify public stream counts;

Spotify royalty calculations;

distributor payouts;

playlist curator decisions;

Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube or other ad platform approvals;

third-party reporting systems;

third-party platform policies;

listener behavior.

Any reference to Spotify or other platforms is for identification and description of the promotional context only.

  1. Spotify for Artists and Reporting Data

Spotify for Artists data, public Spotify metrics, stream counts, listener data, source data, location data, royalty data and distributor reporting are controlled by Spotify, distributors or other third parties.

Such data may update with delays, adjustments, discrepancies, attribution differences or reporting limitations.

TrueListenMusic does not guarantee that internal campaign activity, public playlist activity, advertising support or campaign updates will match Spotify for Artists, public Spotify data, distributor reports or customer expectations.

Spotify for Artists data may not reflect the full promotional process, may attribute activity in ways outside our control and may be affected by listener behavior, Spotify systems, public playlist visibility, organic listening, saved music, catalog behavior, profile visits, algorithmic activity, third-party reporting delays or customer’s own promotional activity.

  1. Customer’s Own Promotion and Attribution

Customers may promote their own music independently before, during or after a TrueListenMusic campaign.

If you run your own promotion, advertising, playlist outreach, social media campaign, influencer activity, label campaign, distributor campaign or any other promotional activity at the same time as a TrueListenMusic campaign, you acknowledge that results may overlap.

TrueListenMusic cannot guarantee precise attribution between our campaign activity, your own promotional activity, organic activity, Spotify algorithmic activity, existing audience activity or third-party activity.

Refunds, cancellations or disputes will not be granted solely because you believe that some streams, listeners, saves, followers, profile visits or Spotify for Artists activity came from your own promotion or another source.

  1. Royalties and Monetization

TrueListenMusic does not collect, manage, distribute or guarantee music royalties.

Any royalties generated by your music are handled by Spotify, your distributor, label, publisher, collecting society, rightsholder agreements or other relevant parties.

Valid Spotify streams may contribute to your royalty potential according to Spotify’s rules, your distributor’s policies and your rightsholder agreements. However, TrueListenMusic does not guarantee royalty generation, royalty eligibility, royalty amounts or payout timing.

You are solely responsible for understanding and managing your royalty arrangements, distributor account and rightsholder relationships.

  1. Billing and Payments

All prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Prices may be shown in USD or another currency depending on the checkout configuration.

Payment must be completed before the campaign can begin.

We may use third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Stripe, PayPal or other available providers. By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable terms and privacy policies of the selected payment provider.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  1. Taxes

Prices may or may not include applicable taxes, depending on your location, customer status and checkout configuration.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, fees or charges that may apply to your purchase, unless they are collected directly at checkout.

If you are purchasing as a business, you are responsible for providing correct business, tax or VAT information where applicable.

  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because TrueListenMusic provides digital, customized and campaign-based promotional services, orders may begin processing shortly after payment confirmation.

Once a campaign has started, is being processed, has been scheduled, has been delivered in whole or in part, or resources have been allocated to the order, the order is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

A campaign may be considered started or in processing when TrueListenMusic begins any campaign-related action, including but not limited to track analysis, genre or mood review, campaign preparation, curator placement coordination, playlist scheduling, advertising setup, audience targeting, monitoring or resource allocation.

Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, including:

the campaign has not started yet;

the service cannot be delivered due to an issue on our side;

the customer was charged incorrectly;

a duplicate payment was made by mistake;

a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.

Refunds are not provided based on:

dissatisfaction with campaign performance;

lower-than-expected streams;

lower-than-expected listeners;

lower-than-expected saves;

lower-than-expected followers;

playlist decisions;

curator decisions;

subjective disagreement with playlist fit, vibe, style, title or audience;

advertising platform behavior;

listener behavior;

Spotify for Artists data;

public stream count changes;

listener location data;

algorithmic results;

royalties or monetization outcomes;

distributor reporting;

customer’s own promotional activity;

inability to attribute streams or listeners to a single source;

delays caused by incorrect or missing customer information;

changes controlled by Spotify, curators, distributors, payment processors, advertising platforms or other third parties.

To request a refund review, you must contact us at support@truelistenmusic.com with your order number, email address and reason for the request.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee that a refund will be issued.

  1. Campaign Cancellation by Customer

You may contact us to request that remaining campaign activity be stopped.

If a campaign has already started, been processed, been scheduled, been delivered in whole or in part, or had resources allocated to it, stopping remaining campaign activity does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

If we agree to stop remaining campaign activity, this does not reverse work already performed, resources already allocated, playlist coordination already completed, advertising support already prepared or campaign activity already delivered.

  1. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, subject to exceptions and limitations under applicable law.

Because our services are digital, customized and campaign-based, you may request that we begin processing your order immediately after purchase.

If you expressly request immediate processing during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that:

the service may begin before the 14-day withdrawal period expires;

you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided if you withdraw before the service is fully performed;

you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, where permitted by applicable law.

If you are an EU consumer and wish to exercise a legal right of withdrawal before the service has been fully performed, you must contact us at support@truelistenmusic.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

  1. Immediate Processing Consent

By placing an order, you may be asked to confirm that you want TrueListenMusic to begin processing your campaign shortly after payment confirmation.

Suggested checkout acknowledgment:

“I understand that TrueListenMusic provides a digital, customized and campaign-based promotional service that may begin shortly after purchase. I request immediate processing of my order and acknowledge that once the campaign has started, has been processed, has been scheduled, has been delivered in whole or in part, or resources have been allocated to my order, my right to cancel or receive a refund may be limited according to the Terms and applicable law.”

If this acknowledgment is displayed at checkout, you must accept it before completing your purchase.

  1. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, you agree to contact us first at support@truelistenmusic.com so we can review the matter and attempt to resolve it.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute for a campaign that has already started, been processed, scheduled, partially delivered or delivered may be considered a breach of these Terms where the service was provided according to the order details.

We reserve the right to provide order records, campaign records, checkout acknowledgments, plan details, campaign updates, communication history, delivery information, refund records and these Terms to payment processors, banks, card networks or dispute resolution providers in response to chargebacks or payment disputes.

  1. Communication and Support

We may contact you by email regarding your order, campaign information, missing details, delivery updates, playlist placement updates, refund requests, disputes or support matters.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your inbox, spam folder or promotions folder for messages related to your order.

Failure to respond to requests for required information may delay campaign processing or delivery.

  1. Campaign Updates and Reporting

Any campaign updates, summaries or reports provided by TrueListenMusic are for informational purposes only.

Campaign updates may include information such as campaign status, playlist placement information, order status, campaign progress or other service-related communication.

Campaign updates do not guarantee specific performance, do not replace Spotify for Artists data and do not create any additional guarantee beyond the purchased plan.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, pause or discontinue service if we believe an order violates these Terms, applicable law, platform policies or responsible promotion standards.

  1. Refusal or Cancellation by TrueListenMusic

We do not warrant that our services will meet your expectations, achieve specific results, generate royalties, trigger algorithmic growth, secure specific playlist outcomes, produce specific Spotify for Artists data or create any particular commercial outcome.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrueListenMusic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of royalties, loss of data, loss of opportunity, reputational harm, platform penalties, distributor actions or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded or limited.

  1. Indemnification
